Websites
The Basics:
Talk to Me in Korean- Everyone knows these guys. Pdfs, podcast, youtube, textbooks… Clear and concise, but could give more grammar explanation
How to Study Korean- Website run by an American Expat and his wife. Detailed grammar explanations and vocab lists with each lesson. Good hangul lessons as well. Like the detail, but don’t follow in order, its not set up well for that. Use as a resource for further explanations.
Naver Dictionary- Best Korean to _____ language dictionary available online/as an app. Available in quite a variety of languages if English isn’t your mother tongue.
Daum Dictionary- Another great dictionary website/app. Has a 맞촘법검사기 in beta that could be super cool
Memrise- Flashcards. Make your own, or find premade decks. SRS style. App as well.
Quizlet- Less flashy than memrise, but wider options on how to make your deck. App as well.
Anki- The ultimate customization for flashcards, but more time consuming to make. Android app free, iOS app cost an arm and a leg, super dumb.
Lang-8- Practice your writing. Get corrected by native speakers. Correct learners of your native language. Repeat.
Structured Classes (For Free):
Quick Korean- Run by Korea University. Korean language and culture lessons. Goes through low intermediate
Sogang- Run by Sogang University. Goes through low intermediate
Click Korean- Run by Seoul National University. Runs through upper beginner
Sejong Hakdang- Run by the King Sejong Institute. Has language classes as well as cultural lessons. Creators of the Popping apps.
Grammar/Study Websites:
Learn with Oliver- Korean dictionary, flashcards, word of the day etc. My preference over the ad/spam heavy koreanclass101
TOPIK Guide- Past TOPIK test, vocab lists, study tips etc.
Intermediate Korean- More resources from UCB. Grammar lessons
Korean Grammar Dictionary- UCB and Dr.King again. Short grammar explanations. Good for reference, not studying from.
For Conjugation:
Donga.net- (also available as an app) Creates a conjugation list for any verb stem entered, and also has an option to take a conjugated verb and find the stem (great for irregular verbs)
Verbix- Similar to Dongsa, but no app or conjugated-stem option
Hangul Soup- By far the most extensive conjugation tables, but may be a bit overwhelming for early beginners
For Hanja:
Floating Lantern- Great blog organized for starting Hanja from zero
New Hanja- Same owner as Korean Word a Day, so no longer updated, but still a great resource organized by level. (Remember, Level 8 is lowest, Level 1 is highest)
Hanja Dictionary- Enter/paste your hanja at the top of the page, and it will give you its radical list and common words using said hanja
Say Jack Hanja- Index of common Hanja with a box to practice stroke order.
Blogs/Personal Websites:
Not all are updated anymore but are still great resourcesHanguk Drama- Everyone who studies Korean knows/want to be Shanna. Great textbook reviews and study motivation

Matthew’s Korean Study- Nicely organized study blog

별책 Study Pack- Contains 8 Korean apps covering Spelling, Pronunciation, Loanwords, Vocab, Spacing, Idioms, Proverbs, and 사자성어. The pack costs 3.99 (if you buy them separately they’re like 2 bucks each) but I think they’re totally worth it.
간단 사자성어- Daily 사자성어, practice, and dictionary. All Korean
위즈고사성어- 사자성어 dictionary. Clean and well organized. All Korean
